Does anyone else do this? Any time I travel to the beach with my family, I bring a 10 gallon setup to see what the local water holds. This tank has a few dozen almost transparent shrimp swimming around.

Some of the best temporary tanks are ones that have sargassum weed...

Pretty cool idea! Last time at the beach I saw a basketball sized jellyfish. Don’t think I’d be transporting that to the house lol

My wife would kill me. She already thinks i spend too much time with my tanks at home. If i turned vacation into a gathering expedition she would probably take vacations alone.....with the alimony payments she gets after divorcing me.

Went to HH over the 4th and cut my foot on a horseshoe crab but didn't find anything else. Have had better luck in the Outer Banks and Ft. Lauderdale. Seen puffer fish, a shark, lots of stars and crabs.
