Has anyone been able to contact customer service with tenecor aquariums? I’ve been emailing them repeatedly over an issue with an ATO reservoir via their info@tenecor email and no one gets back to me. Wondering it there’s a number I can call or something. Thanks.

I’ve also been attempting to get an update from them on how long shipping will take and have yet to receive a response.

Anytime I've emailed them it's been a couple business days to ~1.5 weeks, and their response / followup has been great.
I’ve been emailing them for the past two weeks and there is absolutely no response.

I put in a tank request on their website and received an email response about a week later with a quote.

I think they are maybe growing a bit faster than they can handle.
We already are the largest acrylic manufacturers are growing even bigger every day. I have a personal matter to deal with and will not be able to participate as much as I was in the past for a few weeks. My staff is most capable and will take care of matters.

I have been trying to contact Tenecor for about week for a aio drop in I ordered. All I know so far is they received my payment as I got a receipt. I was hoping just to get an estimated ETA.

Got my tank took roughly 4-6 weeks from ordering. Email responsiveness wasn’t there but hey tank showed up and it’s holding water

They are super busy, Michelle is the customer service representative I deal with, she is great just takes time. I just had them make a custom upgraded 125G AIO and they pack your aquarium like nobody else, super professional and worth every penny.

TLDR: expect to wait, but the product are well made.

To start, it's not obviously shown right away, but all products are made to order, apparently.
Another note, the other place I ordered from was very fast for me, but I called first to let them know I was on a time crunch. Also, another hobbyist ordered from them without calling or anything, and the time frame was similar to Tenecor.
If you want good acrylic accessories, expect to wait. Regardless of the vendor.

I ordered 2 overflow boxes, but after a week of no updates, I ordered basically the same thing from another place. Finally after about 2 weeks, I emailed about the order, I only got an automated "shipped" email the next day. 1 of the 2 from Tenecor showed up. Packed well. Nicely built, but I was on a time crunch and had already received and installed the 2 other ones.
I emailed Tenecor saying I only received 1 of 2 (the first box was big enough to fit at least 2.) But only got an automated "package has shipped" a day or 2 later. So, quality is good, but don't expect "rush processing and delivery" or personal correspondence.
---I was being "that guy," I'll admit, so I wouldn't say I had a particularly bad experience---
