Mine just arrived and everything looks great! It’s mind blowing how talented some of y’all are and I can’t wait to see the build threads…I’m brand new to acrylic diy so if it ends up water tight I’ll be more than happy. Lol

Update: apparently there's some variance in the lifegard bulkheads? I only dry-fit 2 last night because they were such a pain to get out, it took me 20 minutes to get a single one out after forcing it in. but i tested with a 3rd bulkhead this morning and it slipped right in as expected, so i guess it was just two slightly overparameter bulkheads causing the issue last night? Because those two are certainly beyond snug but it definitely seems to be the bulkhead's issue. We use lifeguards also. The holes are snug by design. Sloppy holes are one of the primary reasons bulkheads end up leaking over time.
It takes 3 bulkheads I think. 2 in the overflow and the 1 for the return. On the bulkheads are people using the standard or double threaded?
May be I should just get 2 of each...
I just started mine here. spoiler, just set the joints sat night/sunday morning so still waiting to see how the joints turned outAnybody have a build thread going for theirs yet?
It would just depend on how you want to plumb yours, I prefer slip because i have never had any issues with those leakingOn the bulkheads are people using the standard or double threaded?

I did slip/slip for the two drains and double threaded for the bulkhead. Just because I like slip on the inside for drains. On the bulkheads are people using the standard or double threaded?

Working on getting it programmed by next week. All of our CNC guys are pretty much booked for the week with other jobs. The design is done. Now need to make it into machine languageQuestion for @Tenecor Aquariums when will the pedestal sump be available? That could solve all my worries for this build! TIA
Please stay on me about this. Once it's programmed the rest is fastQuestion for @Tenecor Aquariums when will the pedestal sump be available? That could solve all my worries for this build! TIA
Thank you! I will. Hoping to be a showpiece of Tenecor Aquariums when all is said and done with this frag setup. Please stay on me about this. Once it's programmed the rest is fast
Just used 1/2" bulkheads correct? not sure if they went over 1/2" bulkheads or 1/2" for the hole sizeUpdate: apparently there's some variance in the lifegard bulkheads?
