Room shots are always some of my favorite. A nice tank is one thing, but having the whole room tie together is another level. Two aquariums, a TV, and a fireplace. Looks like the best room in the house.

I really like the mangrove idea. Maybe with some zoas? Could you do mandarins with live rock and mangroves?

I've added some soft corals, I will absolutely be adding some zoas. I wonder if there are enough pods in the little tank to support a Mandarin?

No pics today, but updates continue...

My electrician came and replaced the panel for the house. We were maxed out on breakers. He also ran three new circuits for the basement, one for the fish area, two for the living room, bathroom, and bedroom that are going in down there.

I haven't run the outlets yet, but that is next.

Your tank is amazing, and its look is what made me decide to get three Kessil a360we for my 125g that I'm setting up. What settings do you runs the kessils at during the day and how long is your photo period?

I love your tank and various filtration methods in your basement sump. Im planning on dosing kalk rather than in my topoff and saw that you are already doing it. How did you come about your calculation on how much kalk to dose?

I test alk daily, so I just kept adding Kalk until alk wasn't dropping.

Tank is doing great. Fish and corals are thriving. Lots of growth. I'm battling a bit of a cyano outbreak, so I have cut back on the NOPOX dose, to see if that makes a difference. I'd rather not doing anything drastic.

I have them on the Kessil controller. They max out at 85% over 8 hours
