Test A ttrident

I have two Tridents and both of them I can run a sucessful alkalinity test but every time I try to run the calibration I get Test A fail. Any suggestions? I tried to call but get a we are not answering the phone message which is very frustrating. I did put in a Ticket

Thanks but both mine are a few years old. that thread talks about new ones doing that. Just wish neptune would answer their phone. Calling is temporaraly not available, like forever. The money we pay they could at least have customer service available.

CS is probably over whelmed with all the problems they are having lately. I've never had a controller but there seem to be quite a few issues recently especially with the new trident NP.
