I have been doing a 10% water change on my 16 gallon weekly. How often should I be testing my water, and what is most important to test for. I currently have 2 clown fish and 1 blenny for fish. Softies and LPS for corals.

Salinity, temp, nitrate, phosphate, alkalinity, calcium, and magnesium are the only things I test for.
Usually testing once a week is fine unless there is some reason you suspect you need to test more for a specific parameter.

Less than a year old, you might want to test as above weekly until you are sure numbers are stable. Then it's up to you, assuming everything looks ok.
Salinity can be controlled best with an ato.
We have a 11g aio with clowns, zoas, LPS and favia. Gets a water change every 2 months, no testing.
