Testing water question

So it's been alot of years sence I have had a salt tank were about a month into this 29 gallon tank are these test results bad or? Should I go with a water change? Brown algae starting to grow the past few days cut back on lights. 2 clown fish and 4 snails in tank

Ammonia & Nitrite should be -0-
You have NOT finished your cycling yet & a water change will only delay it more.
Lights out may help with the brown stuff.

I have cut the light out already to only like 2 hours on for white light dose the blue light need to be cut out as well or ?

If ambient light is enough for you to see the fish it should be enough for the fish to find their food.
