i really don’t understand how my phosphates could jump that much in the course over two days unless it’s a miss reading, none of my livestock is dead, no algae in sight im just worried i payed a pretty penny for a solid tester and now im probably gonna have to double back to my lfs to make sure. I test pretty often and im just not sure if this device needs to be calibrated? last time it was 7/13/2023. that was from
the factory and i’ve had it only for a couple months. if anyone else has this hanna tester please let me know.

if you haven't calibrated since you added it in july, I'd say it's safe to assume it needs calibration. I generally see guidance for probe calibration to be once every six months.
