when is it the best time to test for all your parameters when the lights are on or off

IMO it doesn't matter - as long as you can be a little consistent. I do routine testing on a particular day in the morning when I usually will have the time to do it. It just so happens the lights are off then.

did 2 test today once with the lights off and the other with them on got 2 different results

thinking of getting the trident still undecided i know some reefers that swear by it but i know others that feel its not needed
