Well, today was a big day for me. I had received my LED lights that I ordered a while back yesterday and finally hooked them up, and today i was waiting all day in anticipation For my Mayan Sun and PPE frags to come from Mike.
It all started many weeks ago when my fiancee finally said to me, "Before you get anything else for this bleeping tank, I am getting my Mayan Sun and you are getting your PPE favia/chalice/whatever you wanna call it. We keep getting frags here and there of different pieces and by now could have had our two dream pieces in our tank"
and she was right. I have had my eyes on a few certain pieces in this hobby since i started collecting coral and i never could bring myself to spend for true quality compared to quantity. but this time i had to do it. i had asked mike months ago if he had any PPE left and he said yes, and now that i was ready to do it, i also said i would be grabbin the Mayan for my girl (and yes she did help me with the bill, she's awesome like that)
so today it came, after some weather delays, and wow was it worth the wait and worth every penny. Mike, we both wanna say thank you and we appreciate you dealing with all my annoying PMs and questions week after week. these pieces have found a happy home in my tank, and as soon as i get my camera hooked up, i will snap some shots.
