I don't know if you want testimonials in the forum, but here is mine.
Yesterday my shipment of Marco Shelf Rocks from Premium Aquatics arrived. I have to give them a big THANK YOU!
It took 2 calls. The first was to Luke who was busy and I think misplaced my request. The second was a few days later after nobody called me back about how much my order cost. This time Michelle took my request. Ten minutes later she had hand picked out 5 pieces, weighed them and called me back so I could pay. She got them shipped right away!
First, they were willing to pick out 5 shelf rocks that are all 12" or more long. And then the way they packed them was incredible! Each individual rock was wrapped in a couple layers of bubble wrap. Then they did 3 or 4 wraps of the stretch wrap in each direction over the bubble wrap to hold it in place. Then they put them in a big 16" x 16" x 16" box and packed a ton of packing paper around them. These rocks were not going to move inside this box.
Needless to say, the rocks arrived in perfect condition.
