I contacted The Alternative Reef through their Facebook page to order some 3" frag disks. They promptly answered all of my questions about the disks and other products they carry. I ordered a 30 pack of 3" disks. They were shipped the same day. Unfortunately 6 of them arrived broken, but they immediately offered to ship me another 6. The new ones arrived in perfect condition. Overall they were very easy to deal with and they are one of the only manufacturers that I could find of these 3" disks, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Are their 3inch disks perfectly flat and thin ceramic like their frag plugs? I really like their square plugs. The 3 inch disks that I have bought in the past seem like they are hardened plaster or something and are kind of cupped and thick.

I'm not sure what they're made of, it does seem like plaster. I've never used their plugs.
