I’ve had a cherub angelfish for 2 years now and I’m about to get rid of it. He has a hatred for any yellow or orange fish, chasing and harassing them until they die. Today I added a small fox face to my and and the angel still relentlessly chases it around. If it’s still happening tomorrow the angel will be removed from the tank.

Yes - the small Centropyge angels can be real mean customers. Usually, the C. argi angels aren't too bad, but the African ones can be real terrors.
 
Have you tried a mirror to ease aggression for the first couple days of introducing a new fish
