So this morning, 11 out of 15 astraea snails haven't moved and smell funky when pulled, only seeing 6 of 15 hermits, about 5 ceriths seem to be "attached" the rest are just looking like empty shells.

So in total, about half the shipment is a loss.

Morning update:

Sand was looking rough. Doesn't feel like UV is making a dent, but may be too early to tell. Continue to dose nutrients and have good amount of hair algea but it doesn't seem to be competing with the Dinos, at least at this time. Also added three jars of 5280 pods from algaebarn and phytoplankton.

I have used Microbacter Clean before and it work fighting with green hair algea.

They are designed by another member here @Red_Beard and are on thingieverse. There's also a link for them in the 3D print thread on the forums here in DIY section.

Awesome little things.

Will probably take down the jebao uv this weekend. I have a lifegard UV coming and will need to plumb that in. I really wanna do it to DT but I'm not sure how possible it'll be without a canopy.

Awe man, that is beautiful! Sorry to hear about all the recent challenges. But, when your fish are all healthy they are going to love their new digs! Tons of interesting swimming space :)
