Which tang?

Had just finished feeding the fish and was sitting is a chair on the side of the tank. Deep in thought (I am still trying to figure out why some of my paly’s & zoas are growing like crazy, but have lost a good bit of color), I feel water splash my shoulder. I immediately look at the tank and notice the female clown is gone. I’m shove the chair out of the way..don’t see her. I look through the front of the tank, nope can’t find her. I have a piece of laminate behind the tank that shields some cords, and she somehow landed there. I’m screaming obscenities, reach back to grab her and she is COVERED in dust. I immediately put my hand in the tank and slowly move it around to get the crap out of her gills and off her body. She finally starts moving, so I let her swim out of my hand. My daughter ends up getting a net to bring her to the surface so I can get the rest of the stuff off her. As of an hour ago, she was back swimming in her spot and she ate well.

Consider yourself lucky you were sitting there pondering your corals at that time!

!

Finally sitting down after a really busy day. Fish and coral order from LA arrived this morning. It was challenging trying to acclimate fish and dip corals between online meetings . Purple fire fish was doa. :( Damsels and royal gramma seem to be healthy and doing ok in observation tank. I have no idea what corals I got in my divers-den 3-pack.
Sorry about your fire fish. :(

When I had my 200, I had a Hippo Tang jumped out of the tank and he landed at my feet. It was his lucky day. Same tank

Glad you were able to save her. Hope she will be ok. Sounds like you might need a tank cover of some kind.

That is awesome. I want a black raspberry shake please!
LOVE BLACK RASPBERRY ICE CREAM. I was born in Lynn, Ma. My mother use to take me to a little ice cream shop there and that’s the only flavor I would get. I was horrified that we couldn’t find it when we moved to Florida. Maybe it’s a northern thing. There is an ice cream shop named Whit’s that has it sometimes

@fishguy242 Don't you wow me when you're the one burying bodies in your back yard, shallow graves and all!

Or mango! ;Vomit ;Vomit ;Vomit ;Vomit
Allergic to mango, so no great loss for me
