Yup! Always assume everyone else on the road is an idiot who has no clue about their surroundings. It’s saved me many times.

Was it a 10 pound ball or a 16? I mean, we need to know which ones are safe to throw at our tanks!

And it wasn’t a realistic test. The tank was empty. To be a useful guide, it should have been full. :rolleyes:

Don't try the 16lb ball with 3/4" acrylic unless you are wearing a cup!

Actually by laminating layers with polycarbonate you can arrive at bullet proof! Thicker acrylic can stop a bullet but I mean besides Glass Cages who would fire a gun at a perfectly good fish tank?

When TruVu aquariums first started the owner would drive up to a store with an acrylic tank and mallet. He would then swing away at his tank and it woukd slide across the floir with no cracks or breaks. Then he would offer to test the store owners glass tank with the same mallet. Legend is that he sold a lot of tanks that way!
