Had a thought after your last sea side break, don't forget to hit the rock pools?! :)

Since it is slow in here - and I am bored - short geography lesson from earlier. :P I am about 125 miles west of the Mississippi River where it runs through Baton Rouge. I am almost in Texas, about 33 miles from the Texas border. Where the song (The Weight) mentions "I bet on one horse to win, etc" that horse track is Delta Downs in Vinton (about 25 miles west of me). Interesting, eh? Yawn... Time for a nap....

I asked the hotel not to send housekeeping this week. The poor girl on the phone about had a cow. She said the manager gets very upset about that because they find issues after people check out. I assured her the body will be gone and nothing will show up with a blacklight after we check out. She just paused and said ok.

I suppose not, but I generally avoid that side of the state. That is where all the people are and pretty bad traffic. Our town is probably around 100k people and I can usually get from one end of town to the other in about 10 minutes. It is like a big little town, if that makes sense.
