Nope, I'm a mainland kid, though where I grew up I had unlimited access to hundreds of lakes. No stranger to freshwater, just the saltwater I've yet to experience. The wife and I will be heading to Vancouver this summer hopefully as long as her masters program doesn't get cancelled or postponed.

I strongly suggest you do it!

One day! Next year we might head south, haven't really settled on a place yet though.

I mean you could always just take a swim in your sump ;)

I would highly, highly recommend going to the beach! Just nothing like it imo
 
So the owner of the boat fleet called. Very cool. He invited us to come sail again with them on a private tour!
