Wow... was 6" even needed? That would leave an opening on the top at about 18" x 18" on a 30" x 30" footprint tank. interesting for sure. Glad they are taking care of it!

I think the 6" was a byproduct of a discussion I had had with Derek early on. He did mention that he was concerned about going narrower and having it break during tempering. He has re-cut it at 4" and we are currently hoping it makes it's way through tempering. If it doesn't we will be going with regular Eurobracing. Just really want to give the one piece one last shot so to speak.

I’m hanging in there. This pandemic has really been hurting us financially. Neither my wife nor I have had a pay day since this started and we don’t see one coming any time soon. The mandatory shelter in place is killing us. Rent and bills are still due though! All $3000 for our silly crappy condo!
I’ll figure it out, I always do. Just needed to vent.

That's the problem with sheltering in place. Its grinding our economy to a halt. Decatur il is having a string of robberies.

Very true. Oh no that’s not good! I heard there was some home invasions and scary stuff happening here too. I don’t like it! I want this all to be over soon.

Hopefully they enact something soon to help you guys, the government here has made it so that you can defer your rent/mortgage payments for up to 6 months.
