Alternator could be over charging causing the corrosion and premature battery failure. Or could just be a bad battery.. Batteries usually last about 4 years.

Never heard of an alternator overcharging and It was replaced 3 months ago:(

I had a bad battery. I was dead 4 months after getting it. It happens

It’s probably an improper connection. Had that happen to my boat a few months ago

Still haven’t heard back from them, which is odd...wasn’t anyone else there

They’re going to call husband back, so I passed on everyone’s replies. Curious to see what they say

I got stuck in my friends neighborhood. Starter died in a dirt and rock field.
had to push her out of that and then pushed my truck 2 blocks to his country club alone. 7k lbs is not fun to push alone

I'm at pharmaceutical pant that makes accetamephine into a finished product. Than it goes to another plant that presses into a tablets or some other product.

@brett_schn been there. Pushed my car in a dress and heels solo. Thank goodness it was kinda flat.

Half Pint is out of surgery and fully awake. She had 5 lymph nodes taken out too. They put in her expansion devices, and in 3 months she goes for reconstruction.

Shop removed corrosion, tested battery, alternator, drove it and everything is testing fine. They said we can come pick it up, but would rather keep it so they can do a ”cold start” in the morning. Guess I’m going to have to add a weekly “check for corrosion” reminder to Alexa. ;Shifty
