These are Spectras but they are fully colored up and this photo was taken under actinics. As such the green in the center looks more yellow than green.

Yes as we said the mother colony photo was taken under actinics with a red filter, which throws the colors off a bit, and is fully colored up. That frag is not fully colored up, the outer yellow/red portion moves inward as it colors up like the mother colony.
