Jack, looks like your white balance and focus are in place, once you turn off the pumps. ;) That's quite a worm. Haven't seen one that color.

That first one has a lot of distortion. Is that in some sort of bowfront? If not, you need to have your lens face parallel with the glass front and use a tripod or some other kind of support. The second shot looks pretty good, but the white balance needs adjustment. Also, crop some of the black bottom off to tighten things up and get rid of that intruder in the corner. Your fish is pretty good, a bit overexposed and slightly out of focus. Are you closer than your lens' minimum focusing distance?
