Great start!
Thx.Following along brother.
Following this one. If
I can be of any help let me know!!
Excellent! Sounds like a sound plan!Thx, Shaggy. I'm sure I will take you up on that. I'm working on my rock work for the tank today/tom; and plan on starting up my 75gpd ro/di system tomorrow... I figure it will take about 3 days to make all of the water i'll need initially. I'm not pushing myself to get this tank up and running by a certain date; just taking each step at a pace I feel comfortable with. I am shooting to have this tank operational by next wknd. we'll see.
Looking good buddy. Ready to see what you come up with on your rockscape. If you plan on cementing/glue the rock together. I would suggest doing it before you had them to the tank. Make a cut out of the bottom of the tank to give you a idea of the dimensions.
First things first. Welcome! Second thing, love the rock work. Really well done especially if this is your first time. Now my one suggestion is to really make sure that structure is secure before adding water. Make sure you use something reef safe. Your LFS prob has an epoxy or a cement, if not all of the online manufacturers will. Following along, keep up the good work! It's a start. a few more things to add. I have cyanoacrylate glue, but I am thinking about getting some silicone to hold it together. it's more solid than it probably looks. it doesn't rock back and forth and there nothing holding it together other than the rock's weight. The ro/di water is done. Need to change out the outlet to a gfci tom. If all goes right, i should be filling the tank on saturday.
