The Tale of 2 Acans

I have 2 Acans in a rock island in my tank and one is looking great and one is looking very poor. They have been in tank about a month and I recently moved them to this new location. Both are in the same condition they were in before I moved them. Any ideas what’s going on with the orange one?

Levels below. Checked today with Hannah checker.

Hasn’t nibbled any corals yet. I’ve been there late at night as well and watched. No other corals have any sign.
