Cbort,

Just read thru your thread. I was very pleased to see you re-worked your CL plumbing to add in unions and valves. Gotta be able to service the OM and the pump. i also use a dart for CL. I have 1.5" pipe run from the tank to the pump and hten back to a T where it splits in to dual 1" from there it goes into the tank and is split with Lockline. I get pretty darn good flow from it. Ill bet your restriction is in the direct output of the pump. it might fare best to go with 1.5" all the way to the OM.

Pickupman- I will look into fixing the line that goes from the pump to the OM. Hopefully that will take care of it. I put on flow accelerators and it has helped a lot, but you would still think i would would have more flow than i do. When i get time i will see if that works.

I am glad also that i went with unions. I added sand and had to service the OM 3-4 times!

Small update...I just opened the floodgates for the display tank. My system is 1 now. My display tank is now cycled and running through my sump with 1 of my two ATI fixtures lighting the tank. After about a week of no major mishaps i went ahead and began adding frags to the display tank and added a lavender tang. All is well and will get some pics uploaded really soon!
