mrs would kill me if her living room looked like that. it was discussed when we bought the house.
I went from a 110 high with stand and canopy in her living room to a 150 high in wall with fish room in the finished basement. "yes dear" never felt so good.

When I do my 220 build in my garage I’m cutting hole in formal living room wall and pushing it into the room 2 inches then going around it with old thick boat rope

So this is what it looks like when you ignore your tank for 2 weeks and have a huge GHA outbreak, wound up taking 89% of rocks out and scrubbing them clean ,, ticked off the corals but they’ll get over it,, hard part is cleaning up my wife’s living room before she kills me,, lol,, @fishguy242

SWEET...nice colors,love the horses,i believe that is the smallest yellow tang i have ever seen!!! is he the size of a half dollar?

Was only size of a dime when I got him , he’s growing quickly I’d say only 1.5 months I’ve had him

Ok so I bailed out on building the 220 tank,, maybe I’m just scared of the size or just not confident in my skills, I be only been in this hobby for a year and I’m very lucky of the results I’ve had in my 65gal setup,, as I don’t test, or add chemicals, not QT tank for anything I just toss stuff in and hope for the best, only use NSW, and tank temp is only
72.5,, nobody thought I’d even get this far
So as for the 220 I have someone coming over tonight and picking it up and I’m just gonna slow my role and gather more experience,, as a tank of that size needs more care than I think I can handle at this time,, I’m in no rush so I’m gonna enjoy what I have now

Ok so check this out, came home from work today and found that my big bad a$& hermit crab, Larry, she’d and boy is his old shell cool...
It’s his whole body, claws , legs, everything even his eyes... check it out,,,,,
Oh and it was my oldest daughter birthday yesterday and she wanted a wig party,, me n my girl drinking Tequila

when my brother used to have a tarantula he used to save the sheds and strategically place them through out the bachelor pad. made for some exciting moments.

I finally got around to cleaning my sump last night (2hrs),,,, came out real nice.. I cleaned all pumps, changed some tubing on UV light, and scrapped out Algea,, then refilled with fresh ocean water (29gal)
