The Wrasse Lover's Thread!

I had both among other wrasses. They will be fine. Cirrhilabrus luteovittatus isn't real docile either
My Naokoe, also flashing with my Exquisite.

Hello, I would like to know if the photo below corresponds to the final colors of a Cebu Lubbock fairy wrasse, or if it is a juvenile that has not reached its final colors.
Thank you.

Full male cebu - When displaying they go fully red and blue, it’s jawdropping.

Thank you. When I see this photo, a male Cirrhilabrus lubbocki but from another region (Kendari or Java), is his color the normal one or only when he is excited? I'm a little lost in the colors of Lubbock. 😄

New RedTail very active in acclimation box. Both my Blue Flasher and Eightline Flasher seem interested in him, but no signs of aggression.

Your tank is very nicely arranged. I really like the grouping of hammers, and the way they've grown together. I think the wrasse is a nice addition too.

Found a surprise new wrasse for my tank today, LFS had 3 tiny, but healthy black leopard wrasses in. All were out and about and bopping around the tank. Took one home, drip acclimated him for about an hour to get him from 1.019 to 1.025. Got him in to the tank, and to my surprise, didn't dive in the sand or hide, swam around with the rest of the fish (its a 125 gallon tank), started hunting pods right away, and ate mysis on day 1. He's only about an inch long, or about half the size of the size of my firefish, which was the smallest fish in my tank! Meet Frank!

That one there is the Indo variant - they won’t ever have the same colours as the Cebu. I have had both variants coexist together in my previous tank;
