8’ tank anyone? I will admit, this is nice as a large show piece species.

So has anyone kept reef wrasses in a FOWLR?

Since I lost all my coral, my melagris just surfs the glass all day every day like she's lost? She used to hunt among my coral, hardly ever seeing her.
Is she starting to transition? Mine will glass surf staring at their reflection when they start to transition.

You know, now that you mention it.....She does seem to be changing color. Not sure how the transition starts, but her from her dorsal fin to her tail is starting to turn orange. She's loosing that bright white to her body also.

Agree my wrasse glass surf when they transition

Rhomboid has been transitioning, and glass surfing/staring at the reflection a lot. The color change continues, and in the last few weeks a deep blue has started to appear at the top of her dorsal fin.

I wish I could snap better photos, but you can see the hint of blue in the fins when she’s showing off to her reflection and just cruising around:

And since it’s wrasse Wednesday, here is a photo of Mrs. Pink streak. No longer starved and frail, she’s rocking a big belly now.
