Here are a couple of my P. attenuatus in an acclimation box in my 125:

Seeing Hunter's yesterday in person and now this...ugh, I'm so jealous. Hopefully more will come in soon. Beautiful fish Marshall!

I feel like I should apologize :) Just buy from a trusted source if you do. I had two DOA's before this one from LA/DD.

WOW Marshall! sweet!!

Thanks!!

No apologies necessary! I tried to get one from NYaquatics but the last one died. If that's the attenuatus that went through DD a month ago or so, I had just as much of a chance of getting it as you. I passed due to bad timing of traveling when it would have come in. I'll find one someday when the timing is right. Beautiful fish.

Speaking of Hunter's wrasses...here are some new pictures I took of his collection:

Missed the flashing shot...going to have to go back another time and try again:

1 of 3 males. This one's tail caught the light perfectly, wasn't flashing.

Finally got this guy on camera

Another male Johnson (I think this is the same one I caught flashing last time)

Yes, it is the one from DD. My second DOA was the first of that shipment you are talking about...

Beautiful pictures though! That shot of the terminal male C. Johnsoni is gorgeous! Where are the P. bellae and C. jordani shots!?

Thanks! Didn't get any good ones of the Bells this time. :( I don't think he has a C. jordani, at least, I've never seen it.

Yeah, I've been without any jordani for a while. I do have a pair of nahackyi however.

Thanks for posting the pics Eric.

The Halichoeres in the group shot is the male timorensis, in case anyone is wondering.

Ah, ok. Last I remembered seeing, you lost your male, and then your female turned male. I did forget about the nahackyi pair somehow! If I lived near you, I would have no problem taking one of the male johnsoni's off of your hands if they did not get along... :)

That was only about 2 years ago :)

The three males aren't really a problem; there's enough others in the tank they do little more than just flash at each other.

I guess I am behind the times! Good to hear on the johnsoni's though. I hope it stays that way!

And here is my new guy that just came in today:

He is in my 55 gallon QT (BB, with old FW decorations). Also got in a female C. jordani and a sub-male C. lineatus.

Thanks Brett :) Already caught him flashing, but didn't get any great pics.

Did he get the awesome blue stripe in his face. This is the best shot I could get that shows it, Im not the greatest photographer.
