Bell's Flasher are $40 on some sites I've seen in Australia and like $800+ here, if ever available.

The joys of geographical distribution lol just like we pay $30-80 for gold tip cataphyllia and they're super duper expensive for you guys and have very poor success rates

And because of that, demand a pretty good premium.

I'm going into this ordeal expecting a fairly large premium price :( given they're still a reasonably newly described species too. As the old saying goes:
"The heart wants, what the heart wants"

If you're referring to the species discussed here:
https://reefs.com/2016/09/28/undescribed-fairy-wrasse-glows-red/
then it doesn't look like that under normal lighting. It looks like a combination of a female solorensis and C. cf. cyanopleura, and likely behaves comparably.

Just picked up a brunneus "dusty" wrasse that my lfs had gotten in finally. Tried to get it a few months back but it never shipped. Finally it shipped and they knew I wanted it so they messaged me and saved it for me.

My LFS has a Cirrhilabrus katherinae in stock at what I consider to be a good price - $89 Cdn. How would it fare with my current wrasses? This would be in a 120G. Thanks.

Frequently a C. cf. temminckii from Cebu/Northern Philippines is being offered as C. Katherineae, butit should mix well with those, regardless of wjether it is that species or the true katherinae.

Will have to see whether he still has them when he reopens tomorrow.

There are a lot of different types of temminckii. Hopefully that group will be reviewed soon.
