Genicanthus will "swoop" towards other planktivores, usually nothing too bad, just making sure they get their first food choice. Flashers will just get out out of the way.I am currently cycling a new 215g sps donimated mixed reef tank that will eventually live up to its name, Dolmotopia 4.0 Wrasses Revenge. lol. While i dont currently have a ton of wrasse experience, the new tank is finally going to let me devote the time and consideration I have been wanting to for years. My question is regarding compatible non-wrasse fish species. I have done the whole tang thing in the past and have been thinking of maybe going with Angels of the genus Genicanthus. Everything was looking good in my reading until I stumbled upon mention that they may agressively out compete other planktivoresce.g. members of the wrasse genus (Paracheilinus. Does anyone have experience keeping members of both genus? Im already totally planning on having at least a couple flashers. Please tell me that i can also keep these beautiful angels. Thanks
