I am still a bit confused as to what species you have in the box. On the darkside (the other site), you mention both social and solar; are you trying to add a rubriventralis or a solorensis? If it's the latter, then compatibility with the cyanopleura might always be questionable as they are pretty closely related.

Hi Bro.Evolved,

My existing wrasse in DT is bluehead fairy(cyanopleura), while inside the acclimation box is a social fairy(rubriventralis).

Updates:
my social had become more active, it will swim out of the pvc eat pellets.
When it was out of pvc, i can see that the bluehead fairy does not pay attention to her already.

Sounds okay to proceed then. :)

Nearly added this little fella though but it's not worth the heartache of his eventual aggression towards my other babies :(

Juvenile a. lennardi here we come
But know that it's still a tricky species. Only a couple have been successful in the long term (>1 year). I feel there's something about keeping the species we haven't really figured out yet, perhaps temperature, but that's merely speculation.
Best of luck!

Would a Halichoeres Claudia be compatible with my Macropharyngodon Ornatus? Is the Christmas wrasse a peaceful fish with other wrasses? I have fairies, flasher, and the ornate leopard.

Yes, both of those species are mild in temperament.

I'm fully prepared to throw whatever I need at the tank to get the success I'm looking for :) whatever food is required. That being said there's actually a few people here in Australia that have had long term success with them. The shipping stress on them here is much much less which I think is a strong factor with anampses sp.. One example is the Aussie caught a. femininus are a breeze to keep yet no one can keep the imports longer than several months :(

That all being said though, I'm fully prepared to do whatever I can :)

That's good to hear, and something I was unaware of.

I'm sure it's because when they get shipped to the US they never get used to swimming upside down.

Updates:

I had released my social fairy into DT. Sometimes the bluehead will threaten social with his wide mouth, but no bitting occured no chasing occurred as well.
The social does eat when it is feeding time. So i guess all well.

Would like to ask, do I able to add in a carpenter wrasse?

As a juvenile it will be fine with them. As it matures it may eat them.

It should be fine, but follow the same procedure you did with the social fairy.
