The 120 would obstruct movement too much. I went with a 90, and reduced the fish list accordingly.

Movement outside of the tank in the room? They are both 48".

Yes but the 120 has an extra 6"+ of width. Plus a 120 wouldn't have fit into the car and I couldn't find one for sale that was willing to also help move it.

Halichoeres biocellatus - Red-Lined Wrasse
Really fantastic fish, don't tell the clowns but she is probably my favorite in the tank!

Totally agree! Biocellatus are fantastic! Peaceful and great for coral pest control. Here’s my current one.

I like it. Do they ship better than a radiant? May have to think about this one.

Having kept both, I think the H. biocellatus is a bit easier to keep but not by a large margin. The transition from the juvies pictured above to terminal male is really remarkable. This was mine.

Thanks! Personally, I don’t have experience having Biocellatus being shipped, but I suspect it ships a lot better. I tried 7x times over the years having a Radiant shipped and was finally successful having one shipped from TSM Aquatics last August.

They are Ocellaris. I added the wrassess for about 3 weeks now. The chasing is constant as if the clown seeks out the wrasses. The wrasses gets away and tries to eat but not peacefully. I have since caught the clown fish and put her in a separate tank and now all is at peace. However, I am not sure how long I should keep the clown out before returning it to the main tank.

Hey everyone, I'd like to get all your thoughts on compatibility. It's hard to know for sure, but curious to hear opinions.

I wanted to add a yellow coris wrasses to my 120. Currently have a male ear muff, male yellow tail tamarin and a I believe my potters is also a male. I have other fish as well but not wrasses.

I'm thinking if I was to have issues it would be with the coris and ear muff, thoughts?

I’m curious your opinions on this. I’ve got 3 wrasses at the moment. First in the tank was female black leopard. Then yellow coris. Then another female leopard. Added the last one when the others were asleep and she swam around eating copepods for a few hours then went to sleep. Came out a bit late today around 2pm and the black leopard was nipping at her a bit. Not constant but was enough chasing. The yellow was a perfect tank mate. It seemed that the 2 female leopards should get along from what I know. Think this will stop? Anything I can do to help? Only other fish are 2 baby clowns and lawnmower blenny. None of them are aggressive at all to anybody. Thanks.
