Jay, looks like Brook to me but the one (middle one) has what looks like (hard to tell) an eye problem. For the OP, can you retake the pics under white light? Difficult to assess properly under Blue Lighting.

A video of them swimming would confirm Brook for sure as they will swim abnormally and stiff when they have it. Treatment would be Formalin which seems best but not that easy to get and has health hazards associated with it so requires proper ventilation and PPE. Ruby Rally Pro is also good. You may have a secondary infection going on with the one that has an eye problem.

their swimming is normal as before so I don’t think this is the problem.

I agree - pending clearer video under white lights, I would say that this is Brooklynella. These look like wild caught ocellaris clowns, and those are notorious for developing this disease.

Do you have access to formalin?

One of them seems to have a larger eye than normal and one can’t close its gills. Tested for ammonia and nitrites are all normal but fish is still not active and eating.

Fish look thin with clamped fins, a sign of health issues such as Brook, or bacterial. Please post a video without blue lights or shimmer but rather bright white lighting

You can't have more than 2 in a tank. The one with a bad eye is probably getting beat up by the dominate fish in there. The other one is probably full of stress and gasping for air. The largest fish will turn to your female and the smallest will be the male. Watch them and see who is dominant. Check your parameters but I doubt that is the problem.

Parameters are fine ammonia and nitrites at 0ppm and nitrates at 10ppm

In case the video doesn’t work, the fishes are swimming fine and the symptoms seem to be more mild now. They are eating, “Just a little” and the swim pattern seems fine. The only problem is that they are not swimming upwards even if there is food, staying close to the sand bed.

The fish on the right in the video is swimming with clamped fins and a "stiff body". That can be a sign of Brooklynella.

I don’t have formalin but I did a freshwater fish on that fish. what are some next steps?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what medications you might have available in China. Freshwater dips can help control it, but rarely cure it. In the US, we also use Ruby Reef Rally Pro.

We have fish grade formalin for cheap, but the lunar new year holiday is stalling everything so I can’t get it fast.
