Grabbed a frag of Vivid’s Insanity Acro from @thirst. The communication was excellent. He answered many questions from me.

When I received it, the packaging was top notch. It was tripled bagged and the frag was in a condiment cup to prevent any movements. Unfortunately, FedEX delayed my package for hours after the estimated arrival. So, I had to go to pick it up. Because of the delay, the frag didn’t make it since it’s a very sensitive acro.

I contacted @thirst and he was willing to replace the frag at no extra cost, even though it wasn’t his fault! Surprisingly, he also covered the cost of replacement shipping and shipped it right away. I just received the replacement frag today and I noticed he added some extra insulation than last time to make sure the frag is happy. I‘m glad to say that the frag is doing well now! The polyps are already out within minutes after putting it in my tank. So, thank you @thirst for making this right!

Sorry for a long post, but the seller definitely deserves it. :D
