This a baby Yuma mushroom?

about a week ago my big Yuma ripped a little peace off and now when the big one shrinks this shows. But when the Yuma is fully out it covers the little thing. If it is a baby should I move it or will it move itself

Wow, I have almost that same yuma. Drops babies pretty frequently. The "mom" moves all over the place. Shrivels up when it drops a piece but returns to its normal size within a few days. I started with 2 about a year ago and probably have 10 now. Just keep doing what you are doing-they like it.

I got them at a frag swap last year. I don't think I paid much for them-have no idea what "trendy name" of yuma they might be. Great colors of purple/orange/green.

If I come up with a cool name for them I can probably sell them for hundreds of dollars each right?!!!!!

But seriously though, it's really cool to see them multiply so rapidly. They are under T5s, medium flow, and nitrates around 5. The big one is about 3 inches across.

Not sure what they are but the guy at my lfs had one and it was a bounce type and he wanted like 200 for it. So my research shows it's a almost like a godzilla yuma but not bouncing and not as colorful but it's still pretty cool

Tang, we are seeing the exact same thing. The shroom shrinks when it drops a baby.

Don't be surprised when you see the mom move again in a few weeks/months and you get another baby.
