This BTA has me scratching my head

Just using 1 AI blade? If so, I don't think is enough. Most of the posts I saw use these as supplemental lighting.

I have a smaller tank (29G). Pretty sure if I turned it all the way up, it could hit the 600+ par range.

I was using 1 AI Blade Coral Grow light on my tank and my RBTA bleached out...switched the light to an AI Prime 16HD and the anemone is slowly regaining it's color.

So it wasn't able to photosynthesize with the blade? Odd.

After my nutrient blow up incident, PO4 has hit maybe 0.06ish max but recently it's been at the 0.03-0.00 range.

I also believe that flow is a problem.
I forgot to mention that I have return pump that pushes around 360 gph (probably a little lower) and the one powerhead on the left pushes around that range or a little higher as well.

Too little flow can cause them to shrivel up or climb towards the area of flow. Could be a possibility.

The blade shouldnt be a cause however the nem does need sufficient light to produce its color and energy source known as zooxanthellae. If you still have a light before you added the blade you can add it and see if the nem perks up

Unfortunately, the blade is my only light.

Tank is borderline for nems also. Generally 6 months is the minimum for tank age. Personally I had a terrible time keeping them until tank was closer to a year.

Maybe the best thing to do is keep things stable and ensure proper parameters and sufficient light/flow.

For the most part, things have been stable. Doesn't seem like there is a reason it is this way.

It started acting like this before I introduced the leather but could it be a possibility why it may not want to come out? I do run carbon however.
