This paly seems really happy, so could this be anything other than zoa pox?

This paly frag is growing faster than anything in my tank. I can often see growth every day, It is always open and looks happy, yet it also looks like it has at least two big zoa pox. Any thoughts?

Palys will add a sand to thier mucus and body. If its happy I wouldn't worry

I frequently see sand in my palys, but these two patches are too big to be sand.

Could be large sand particles or an accumulation of sand. Palys can coat their entire stalk with sand so this could the beginning of that. If it’s not, my only other guesses would be fungus (probably not since the paly is happy) or a flatworm. If the spots ever move, I’d go with flatworm but they seem to be holding still and the paly is happy so I wouldn’t worry too much
