Three strikes for LiveAquaria

In the past year I have had two shipments that got delayed in excess of 3 days, both ended up being total losses but today took the cake. I was supposed to receive the Bali Aquacultured False Personifer Angel that has been on Divers Den for about a week instead I received the fish in the attached photo. The amount of mistakes that have happened has just got to the point of ridiculous. Have to wait till tomorrow to see what they say but really !!!!!! The two fish aren't even close to being the same other than in size.

Basic end result was I got a refund. My fish was sent somewhere else so someone got lucky, I got to keep the damsel for free. What really kinda ticks me off is despite their mistake and that an identical fish to mine will be available tonight I will not be able to purchase that one at the original price. Also Live Aquaria does not respond to vendor feedback posts so this thread is mostly pointless.
