Thankfully I do not have any pictures of my first saltwater tank. If I did, you would see a lot of fish that shouldn't have been in a 29 gallon filled with hair algae.

Ha! I had a yellow tang, a kole tang, 2 clowns, a bta, a blue damsel, a sergeant major damsel, and a few other things in my 29g. I'm surprised it didn't self-destruct. My filtration was a single HOB carbon filter like is generally used for freshwater tanks. Crazy thing is they all did fine for the 4 months it took me to by a bigger tank and they all got promoted to my HUGE 75g. Ha ha ha. Ah...my noob mistakes were MANY!

I am embarrassed to even admit it but I had a Volitan Lion, a Picasso Trigger, and a large Moray in a 29 :(

No pics but about 30 years ago I bought a used 55 with an under gravel filter a volition lion Picasso trigger and a hippo tang also had 4 pieces of fake coral. But I was proud and hooked. Been in and out and learned so much in 30 years. The one thing I really learned is you never stop learning.
