Time for new purple caribsea to blend in?

Just added a new piece of purple caribsea rock to established system. Looks great for the aquascape but stick out horribly from color perspective. How long till it "blends" in with growth? Tank is a 45g with the other ~30lbs of rock and sand established for about a year.

I am afraid no one can give you an answer to this. All depends on your system maturity, stability, demand, etc…
Only time will tell

Pic? If your tank has corralline it could be covered in 6 months to a year easily.

Yeah definitely don't expect an exact answer, but I'm quite new to I can't even ballpark it. Took the tank over from someone.
