time on ecotech live is wrong

time on ecotech live is wrong i tried to set manually although it say it is changed successful it is still wrong . i can time zone but it seems it is stuck with a clock of his mind . please help
 
What browser are you using? I find on my laptop IE doesn't work well with ecosmartlive. Try using Microsoft Edge or Chrome.
