Hey Guys,
I want to paint the back of my 90G black, I was wondering if there were tips or general advice for doing so, best paint to use etc.
Thanks in advance!
Bryan

I used limo tint on my tank and it works great. No worries about chipping, it's completely black, and much easier to work with. If there is a window behind the tank you'll be able to see through it but if there is no light sorce behind the tank it will look completely black.

I actually roll on my paint. It seems to me that it's easier to control and you don't have that smell.

Add another one for Krylon Fusion paint I went with the flat black since the glass will give it a shine on the other side. When getting ready to spray use lots of tape and newspaper to keep the spray on the back side of the tank and use rubbing alcohol 90% to prep for the paint before hand.

I use vinyl for my tanks. You don't have to worry about chipping or the paint being uneven. It is also very cheap, you can buy it at your local sign maker or in a roll at tapplastics.com
