I'm done with going to the LFS and buying water for my tank. I want to install an RO/DI system under my kitchen sink to use for my tank, and drinking water. What systems would you guys recommend?
And if you could show me what you have, and how you plumbed it, that would be great. Thanks.

I did the brs 6 stage and mounted it under my kitchen sink. The drain line is plumbed into the sink drain line and the feed line is plumbed into the cold water line.

Did you use a holding tank?
I have a 6 gallon bucket with a float valve and a quick connect fitting, pull the bucket out, turn on the rodi unit and walk away.

That’s about the same thing I did.

I got the BRS 150 gpd setup. It comes with multiple different connections. It comes with a faucet adaptor as well as an angle stop adaptor if you are mounting at the sink. I mounted mine in the laundry. Use the included float valve to fill my 44V brute

Mine.... is the RO buddie. I’ll get pics tomorrow as it’s dark. I don’t have it plumbed. I use it hooked to the outside spigot. The drain goes out the window, and I fill fifteen gallon buckets. It’s not the best place but it works for my needs for now.

I have a 90GPD Spectrapure with a 75GPD BRS water saver upgrade. I use 5 gallon buckets for storage tucked away in the pantry that's next to the bathroom. This is also set up for drinking water making. If I were to do it again I'd go for the 180 GPD spectrapure, probably the best system you can get IMO.

I have this in the laundry room. Which is on the opposite side of my fish tank in my family room. I have since added a line that goes through my wall and connects to a Apex ATO with their solenoid so I never have to top off water again. I have also added a DOS that connect to my apex so all I do is toss in the salt make sure the salinity is correct and turn my DOS on and 15% water change takes about 3 days to do on a normal 8-5 schedule while I’m at work. The set up is hassle free

You can but before it goes through RO is better tasting. DI strips the water of everything and doesn't taste good.

If you want to produce 1) RO water for drinking, and 2) RODI water for your tank, let me suggest our Reef/Residential RODI system - it is configured to do exactly that. http://www.buckeyehydro.com/reef-residential-rodi/
As always, we can customize the system to fit your particular situation.
