To much or to little flow?

Just wondering if this is a good amount of flow for my hammer coral also if any one can help me identify these mushroom corals thanks

The flow seems to be OK but i looks like it is a constant flow. My experiences is that they especially like currents coming from different directions because in nature they usually live in areas affected by waves. But there are exceptions - I have a torch that will soon have eight heads - started with two 9 months ago and is in a very strong constant bottom current in my aquarium

I have a gyre wave maker in there do u think putting it on random mode would be more preferred for the coral?
