I am QTing a flame angel and a damsel and I am using coppersafe (used before and I trust this batch). I have a HOB, powerhead and a airstone running to increase oxygen during the copper treatment. There are tiny bubbles all over the tank and I wondering if there can be too much oxygen. The fish do seem to avoid the side that has the ayirstone and most bubbles but then again they normally hang out on the side without all the bubbles. The tank is 30G.

Should I remove the air stone or the powerhead? Or, is this ok just during the copper treatment?

Thanks in advance,
Steve

If you've got some surface disturbance from the HOB and the powerhead, the airstone may be superfluous. I have seen fish in a too-much-oxygen situation, but they were coldwater codfish, and cold water holds rather more oxygen than warm.
