We have a Florida Keys transplant here in AZ. He lost it all and couldn't square rebuilding just to have it happen again.

Waves were 2ft overhead yesterday south of Daytona
As a surfer, having a hurricane parked off the coast is zen This is exactly what we want!
Aside, having a generator ready is really a no-brainer if you reef. Pretty much expected this time of year.

Yep I live a couple miles from you and other than a couple power flickers yesterday evening with that tstorm its all good. Yawned and slept like a baby with the howling wind and rain last night.
