#reefsquad So I hold no one to any responsibility just need experienced Opinions. I am about to put my coral into permanent places in my tank. Read all the threads watched videos. I have Tunz Coral Gum, and Coral Frag Glue IC- Gel......... Ethyl Cyanoacrylate Gel. I am intending to use the Gum for sure. My burning Question is would you use the Glue as Well?

Glue-gum-glue has been my most successful combo.

Warning not to use too much glue. You can always start over and use more if it doesn’t hold, but can’t really uncover flesh if you accidentally glue over half your coral!

Same here - glue/gum/glue works great for me. If you don't use the glue, the epoxy or whatever gum you are using can more easily get knocked off by (fill in the blank here ... .snails, fish, your hand, urchins, etc)

Go to local harbor freight tools and get cyanoacrylate gel superglue. Works amazing i use it for glueing all of my corals onto rocks and frag plugs. You can take the coral or frag off of rock by just pulling it off lightly even after it bonds.

That is what I used on the advice earlier I made a sandwich with Tunze coral gum and that glue. Now because my son disturbed a key rock, and we had to re epoxy it because the original epoxy crumbled away I have to look at pink blobs. I am going to break up a rock that is in the tank loose and glue it on these places to hide them I hope
