I found this in my tank I thought it died a long time ago and I just found it it still hase some free when under the blue light but it looks dead to me any ideas

If its was dead, it would be gone. Softies dissolve when they die.
 
Are you sure its a Toadstool? I cant tell what it is. But if you just found it, id say its making a come back. Got your water params handy?
 
I know it's a toad stool that's where it was before it disappeared and when I moved one of my rocks there it was and I will test and update today is test day anyway
 
Right on. Welp if thats where it was then almost died, it looks as if its making a come back.
 
Yeah it hasent changed any sence I found it about 5 days ago and it really white looking
 
What kind of lighting you have it under? If you dont see it stsrt to fall apart, hes still in good shape.
 
It's under a 4 bulb t5 ho light with 2 54w 12000 k white lights and 2 54w acetic blue light
