What are ideal conditions that a toadstool would not open been closed for about a week now? When I purchased them they were fully open. All the other corals are opened up and thriving? Posting parameters in a few

Needs same parameters as the other coral. My toadstool takes a week to shed unless I help it by blowing the shed off with a turkey baster and puff water over it.
Is it a recent addition? If so it's probably just adjusting to the tank

Video doesn't work for me, but I wouldn't worry. Shedding can take a while and you won't see that mucus layer start to fly off the coral until a few days. Don't overreact to it and move it a lot, sometimes less is more :) Goodluck!

IME, leathers like higher light and flow than most people give them, I’ve noticed leathers shed much less often and have better polyp extension in higher flow.
Yep, mine was in lower light and didn't open much. Moved it to the top of the rocks and now it's open and extending every day, and is shedding every couple weeks.
